With apologies to the attorney trying turn the answer to this question into a class action lawsuit based on a hotel guest at the Hilton in Sonoma, Calif. being “charged” 75 cents for a copy of USA Today he never agreed to pay for, the answer is a resounding “no.”

    are they also counting getting those ‘free papers’ as part of their circulation numbers to impress the advertisers?
