The Hartford Courant in Dismal Shape

Denis Horgan reports on the Hartford Courant:

The dismal circulation numbers for The Hartford Courant are in and, as is happening in so many places if less dramatically, the nation’s Oldest Etc. continues the grim slide. That is bad news, of course, for the paper and its leadership responsible for developing a paper that an evolving readership might actually stay with; it is bad news indeed for the staff which works so hard and so well with fewer and fewer resources.
