The Times’ top editor stands by his description of Fox News’ “Fair and Balanced” slogan as “cynical,” but tells Howard Kurtz his newspaper will provide fair and incisive coverage of the network.
The executive editor of The New York Times doesn’t generally engage in trashing other news organizations. So Bill Keller caused quite a stir when he unloaded on Fox News.
